138th Distinguished Visiting Chef - Lea Linster

Chef Lea Linster of Restaurant Lea Linster of Luxembourg, visited Johnson & Wales as the 138th Distinguished Visiting Chef. During her demonstration, Linster prepared the dish that made her the first woman to win the prestigious Bocuse d'Or 1989 competition, her Lamb Loin in Potato Crust.
Here Chef Linster is presenting the Distinguished Visiting Chef Scholarship Award, in her name, to Jason Perez, a junior from Valrico, Florida, majoring in Culinary Arts.  Jason is also the recipient of the Anthony Spinazzola Foundation Scholarship.
